Design and Innovation Projects

A highly organised and ardent final year fashion design student who has completed a year in industry as a Design Intern at Self-Portrait and Product Development Intern at Erdem. Interning at these companies has helped to shape my feminine design handwriting and prompt my strong interest in print and textile design which assists the creation of garments in my final collections for Maison Margiela, For Love and Lemons, Anna Sui and Mango.

My drive to succeed and enthusiasm for fashion is evident throughout my academic achievements, demonstrated in having my having my undergraduate dissertation published and portfolio exhibited at Graduate Fashion Week 2019. I am passionate about inclusivity and diversity, particularly for people with a physical disability as this is a hugely overlooked demographic in the fashion industry. My dissertation and Garment Technology project investigates the issue of why they are an under represented market, and how to create fashionable, practical clothing for the consideration of all abilities.
